Playgroup

Conversational English Class

We invite anyone, for whom English is a second language, to join us for a short combined English lesson followed by morning tea. After morning tea tutors will meet with small groups of ‘students’ to practice conversational English. Once a week our Seniors gather for time of fellowship and a short bible study. It’s a great opportunity to encourage one another while digging deeper into God’s Word. MBC Youth creates an environment where year 6 – 12 students come together and build relationships with one another, the MBC Youth Leaders, and most importantly Jesus Christ. Creche

The purpose of crèche is to look after and provide a safe space for children to play in, therefore enabling their parents to more easily participate in the church service.  During the morning, children have free play and story time followed by morning tea which is provided. Mitcham Baptist Church has a team that competes in the Victorian Churches Basketball Association (VCBA) held on Monday Nights at The Rings (Ringwood Basketball Stadium).
